Order times:

We know you have fallen in love with your jewelry and you can't wait to wear it! We aim to ship your orders within 1-2 business days and will notify you via email when the package is on the way.

Shipping that's good for the world:

We have worked really hard to find the cheapest, safest, most reliable and most environmentally friendly shipping service. No, we are not sending doves or storks to deliver your package, that would be illegal. Our friends at Sendle and Australia Post are taking care of that and make sure that all deliveries are 100% carbon neutral.

Costs:

Where we can, we offer to cover the shipping costs for you to avoid the added costs at checkout. If your order exceeds $150 AUD for AU and $300 AUD internationally, we will do just that! Happy times! 

Unfortunately, we will quickly go out of business if we try to cover shipping costs for smaller orders so, begrudgingly, we need to calculate your shipping costs at checkout. These will vary based on the destination and the weight of your package. Pro Tip: it is sometimes a money wise option to add one more beautiful item in your cart and get free shipping.

Delivery times:

With COVID-19 it is a little harder to predict exactly how long it will take for your package to arrive safely. In the email notifying you that your order has been sent you will be able to check the ETA for your specific route. Deliveries within Australia can take from 2-10 business days, depending on the status of state border closures. International deliveries can take from 4-30 business days. We thank you in advance for your patience!

Order tracking:

We ship all orders with tracking and larger packages have signature on delivery. Please check the ETA for your delivery in the notification email and make every effort to arrange for someone to be at your delivery address to receive the package. Sometimes life happens and you miss a delivery. Not to worry, our couriers will attempt a re-delivery free of charge before returning the item to us. They will leave a note, please contact them directly if you need to arrange a specific date/ time.
