Refund policy

We truly hope you will fall in love with your jewelry at first sight but just in case we offer 14 days 'Love it or your money back' guarantee. Simply contacts us within 14 days of receipt of your package and we will send you an email with instructions. 

Whatever the reason for a refund we aim to make things easy for you and re-unite you with your money as soon as we can. There might be some delays based on bank processing times but usually you would get your refund within 5-7 business days. You refund will be paid to the card you used to make the purchase.

Please note: Unfortunately, we are not able to refund shipping costs.

For EU Customers ONLY:

  • 14-day withdrawal window — starting from delivery of the last item in your order
  • Return-after-notice timing — items must be sent back within 7 days of requesting a return (postal stamp must be within 7 days of the request)
  • Refund timing — refunds are processed within 2-3 business days upon receipt of returned items and providing they arrive in their original condition and packaging. Used items are not eligible for a refund. We are not responsible for any damage in transit during return journey. It could take an additional 3-5 business days for the money to appear in the account.
  • Return shipping responsibility — customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Standard outbound shipping refund — outbound shipping costs can not be refunded
  • Exemptions — custom/personalised jewelry is excluded from the right of withdrawal. For hygiene reasons, earrings are also excluded from the right of withdrawal.
