We truly hope you will fall in love with your jewelry at first sight but just in case we offer 14 days 'Love it or your money back' guarantee. Simply contacts us within 14 days of receipt of your package and we will send you a return label with instructions. 

Whatever the reason for a refund we aim to make things easy for you and re-unite you with your money as soon as we can. There might be some delays based on bank processing times but usually you would get your refund within 5-7 business days. You refund will be paid to the card you used to make the purchase.

Please note: Unfortunately, we are not able to refund shipping costs.
